One or two of the strongest storms could spin out tornadoes.Clear skies, lots of sunshine and south winds on Sunday will give temperatures a boost into the 90s and possibly even above 100 degrees in a few spots in the western Dakotas and eastern Montana. High temperatures around 100 degrees also are likely Sunday across Texas and parts of Oklahoma. In the West, lots of clouds will hold down temperatures and bring welcome rain to western Montana and other sections of the northern and west-central Rockies and the interior Northwest. The Southwest's high temperatures will begin to slowly climb Sunday as the threat of rain shifts to the north.Drier weather is likely Sunday in the upper Midwest. Muggy conditions in the East will fuel afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
