After you call each bet, the CSR will action the investment and "call back". This is your opportunity to correct any error(s) which might have occurred. If you do not query the "call back" you are deemed to have accepted the details called back as being correct and becomes a true record of transaction.
When all your investments have been recorded, the CSR will advise you the "total amount invested" during that particular telephone call. Please ensure that you agree with the figure given after the call back.
