Retrobet reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager.
1) Minimum internet wager is $5.00, maximum internet wager is $500.00. Minimum phone wager is $30.
2) All sporting events must be played on date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. If any event is postponed, suspended and/or rescheduled, said event will automatically constitute "no action".
3) Maximum amount paid on any parlay is $20,000
4) In order to have action, game must go:
FOOTBALL(College-Pro) 55 min. of play BASKETBALL(Pro) 43 min. of play BASKETBALL(College) 35 min. of play Sports(w/time limits) Must have 5 min of play left BOXING(Pro, College, Amateur) When bell is sounded signifying the start of the first round, the bout is considered official. 5) When wagering on "totals", overtime periods are counted as a final score. This rule does not apply to Soccer.
6) On half time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the 2nd half.
7) In all cases of a discrepancy, the tape recording of the transaction shall serve as the final determination of the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. All disputes can be settled within 1 hour after review of recorded bet.
8) Account balances will be verified by the Sports Agent on the first call of the day only. Further account information, balances or discrepancies may be obtained by contacting the Customer Service department directly at 1-800-717-7357
9) Members must use their PIN on all wagering calls.
10) Members should check their account balance weekly at the minimum.
11) Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by rules and regulations herein.
12) In the event of a wager placed on a posted line with an obvious error the wager will be deemed “no action”.
13) All telephone wagering rules apply to Internet and vice versa.
14) Retrobet Reserves the right to cancel wagers Showing evidence of any tampering with the Retrobet Software.
15) Retrobet reserves the right to cancel any wager placed on the Internet due to software problems or manipulation
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BASEBALL RULES Winners and Losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4 1/2 innings. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called). Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified) Retrobet does not recognize suspended or protested games, overturned decisions, etc. for wagering purposes.
Special Note: Retrobet understands that MLB has made a rule change concerning suspended games, HOWEVER, Las Vegas and all major sportsbooks have not recoginized this rule change as far as wagering on the games are concerned.
Grand Salami: The Baseball Grand Salami has no action if any game is suspended, postponed, rained out or final in less than 8½ innings.
A) When wagering on the total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) to have action. If a game is called or suspended, the score will be determined after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called). Rules for the run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals. Wagers on total runs will be refunded if either listed pitcher does not start.
First Half wagers must go 5 Full Innings to have action on Side or Total.
B) Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner: 1) Action - Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. 2) One Specified Pitcher - This is a wager on or against a specified pitcher regardless of the other starting pitcher. If specified pitcher does not start, No Action. 3) Both Specified Pitchers - Both specified pitchers at time of wager must go. If either pitcher does not start - No Action. 4) Baseball parlays are limited to 8 teams maximum. Only 2 underdogs are allowed in a baseball parlay.
Players can use the same team in up to 10 different parlays.
Note: In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted. "Action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher or pitchers. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

All odds are subject to fluctuation and amendment and are based on the result at full-time. ...bets are settled on 90 minutes of play. The terms Full-Time, 90 Minutes of Play, and Normal Time are all used to denote the period of play that includes injury time...but not Extra Time or Penalty Shoot-Outs. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes a match after its kick-off time, the bet will be considered past-post and voided accordingly. Game date and times posted are for guidance purposes only and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
This is the most basic of all bets. It involves betting on the outcome of a match in 90 minutes, choosing whether the game will end in a home win, an away win or the draw. Extra time does not count in this case - as in many Cup matches, …goals scored in extra-time do not count for betting purposes.
To Win/Advance WageringThis is a wager on a team to win/advance, whether they win in 90 minutes, in an extra time period, or in a penalty shootout. There is no possibility of a tie.

STRAIGHT PARLAY TEASER WIN IF BET ACTION IF BET ACTION REVERSE ROUND ROBIN STRAIGHT BET DEFINITION The most common type of sports wager is on the result of a single game, known as a straight wager. One team is typically favored over another by a point spread; the favorite gives the underdog points as a head start, for betting purposes only. The favorite is always indicated by a minus sign (-3) and the underdog by a plus sign (+3). The amount of points a customer must give is estimated to be the amount, which will generate equal wagering on both the underdog and the favorite. For betting purposes, the result of the game is determined by taking the actual score and subtracting points from the favorite's score or adding points to the underdog's score. So, a favorite can win the game but lose it for betting purposes and an underdog can lose the game but win it for betting purposes.
In all straight bets, which are set by a point-spread, the customer lays $11 for every $10 the customer wishes to win. For example, the Green Bay Packers may be favored by 7 points over the Chicago Bears. A customer who wishes to win $10 on Green Bay must give Chicago 7, if Green Bay wins by more than 7 points, then the customer wins $10. If Green Bay wins by less than 7 points or loses outright, then the customer loses $11. On the other side, in order for the Chicago bettor to win, Chicago must win the game outright or lose by less than 7 points.
A customer can also bet whether the combined number of points or goals scored by the two teams in the game will be over or under the total set by the odds maker. For example, if the total is 42 and you believe that the combined points scored by the two teams will exceed that number, you would bet over. You would bet under if you believe the total points scored will be less than 42.
A bet on a matchup between two teams may be set by a money line instead of a point spread. If a matchup is determined by a money line, like American baseball, then it will cost the customer more to wager on the favorite. For example, the Atlanta Braves may be favored over the Chicago Cubs by 150. In this example, the customer must lay $150 in order to win $100. If Atlanta wins the game, no point spreads are involved. If Atlanta loses, the customer loses $150. However, the customer could bet on Chicago, in which case the customer would lay $100 in order to win $130 (20 cent line). If Chicago loses, the customer only loses $100, because Chicago is the underdog.
The different types of lines:Point Spreads: Point spreads are used in football and basketball. The point spread (or line) will try to make the game an even game by adding points to the score of the underdog or subtracting points from the favorite..
Totals (over/under): Totals are used in football, basketball, baseball, and hockey. The total is set and periodically adjusted to ensure that half of the people will wager on the over and the other half will wager on the under.

All teams or participants wagered on in a Parlay must win. If there is a tie or No Action among the selections made, the Parlay reverts to the next lowest number for payoff. In the case of a 2 Team Parlay, it reverts to a Straight Wager.

Player can parlay the same team up to 5 times. A tie and a win or wins reduces to the next lowest parlay. 6-teamer becomes 5-teamer, 4 teamer becomes 3-teamer, etc. 2-teamer becomes a straight bet with the player winning 90% of the amount bet.
EXAMPLE: $100 parlay, one win, one tie, player wins 100 X .90 , $ 90.00

A Point Teaser is a bet on more than one team or outcome that allows you to take points on each game within your wager. The number of teams selected and the number of points selected determines the payout odds.

SINGLE ACTION Specifies that the remaining bets in the sequence will only be placed if the preceding bet wins. If the preceding bet is a push or is cancelled for any other reason, then the remaining bets will not be placed. DOUBLE ACTION Specifies that the remaining bets in the sequence will be placed if the preceding bet wins, results in a push or is cancelled for any other reason. In other words, double action means that the remaining bets in the sequence will not be placed only if the preceding bet loses. REVERSE BETS DEFINITION A reverse is a series of IF bets going both forward and in "reverse" order.Each team included in the Reverse will pair with another team to form two IF bets, one with that team first and another with that team as the second team in the IF.
Each bet in the reverse is an individual straight wager for the full amount of the reverse. Note: Each bet is for the same amount.
